The Permanent Mission of Armenia in Geneva organized a cultural event with the participation of the Asian Ambassadors’ Wives Association

On 26 April the Permanent Mission of Armenia in Geneva hosted a group of members of the Asian Ambassadors’ Wives Association. The spouses of the Permanent Representatives accredited to the UN Office in Geneva and other International Organizations (UNOG) were introduced to the history, art and culture, architecture and traditions of Armenia. The Armenian music and poetry were also presented. The chef of the Armenian “Anouch” restaurant of Geneva provided the details of the Armenian culinary traditions and the recipes of the main traditional dishes. Later, the participants had the opportunity to enjoy the samples of the Armenian cuisine and beverages. Presentation was also made by L'Atelier de la Cire boutique on the art of candle making and perfumes. The wife of the Permanent Representative of Armenia to UNOG serves as the vice-president of the Asian Ambassadors’ Wives Association for the 2023-2024 term.
