Dear Armenians,

Today Azerbaijan unleashed a large-scale military offensive against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) in violation of the ceasefire regime. During the heavy battles, Nagorno-Karabakh army has inflicted serious damage to the army of Azerbaijan in military equipment and manpower. Regrettably, there are causalities also on the Armenian side, in particular among the civilian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Given the experience of recent escalation (July 12, 2020 attack on Armenia's state border in Tavush) we call upon you to be vigilant and avoid provocations. Armenians throughout the world should stand together with Armenia and Artsakh in the face of aggression by Azerbaijan.
