The Investment Policy Statement on Foreign Direct Investment in Armenia has been issued, which confirms the Republic of Armenia's commitment to ensuring an open, transparent, and predictable investment environment.

The document sets out the main directions of Armenia’s investment policy, including facilitating the regulation of foreign investment, the availability of a qualified workforce, and the continuous development of infrastructure, ensuring long-term economic growth opportunities.

Armenia stands at a pivotal moment in its economic development journey, driven by the ambition to build an export-oriented, innovation-driven economy. As we look ahead, foreign direct investment (FDI) will play a critical role in realizing our vision of sustainable growth, technological advancement, and shared prosperity.
Our Government’s Program for 2021-2026 outlines a bold path forward—one that aims to increase the FDI- to-GDP ratio to 6 percent by fostering a stable and attractive investment environment. This program reflects our commitment to good governance, open markets,
and human capital development, ensuring that Armenia becomes a competitive and inclusive economy.
